Gentle Yoga
This yoga class will open your body and spirit to the limitless benefits of yoga. By connecting with your breath you will develop the knowledge to increase your flexibility, strength, and clarity by using breathing and relaxation techniques. These techniques will create your own journey to improve your overall quality of life and decrease the effects of stress. Please bring a yoga mat, strap or towel, and a yoga block (if you have one).
Chair/Office Yoga
Swap your mat for a chair! In this Chair & Office Yoga class you can perform most yoga postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation from a chair. Inversions and complicated maneuvers are not required. You will be able to practice Yoga at home or in the office. This practice is for anyone.
