Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a method for practicing yoga while seated or using a chair for support. The chair replaces the yoga mat and becomes an extension of your body allowing you to take full advantage of all of the health benefits yoga has to offer.

Chair yoga is perfect for those who work in an office and need to relieve stress during the day, or for those who may have physical limitations or space restrictions that make getting on the floor difficult. Even those who are in a wheelchair are able to participate.
